1. Rules Of Payment

Payments are half up front, then the 2nd half upon completion, VIA Paypal, before submitting the art work. The work will not be submitted until  full payment is received. A note or message will be sent when the work is completed, notifying the buyer that the final payment is due.
Full payment is due no later than 1 week after message or note, informing that the work is completed, is sent.
Rush Payments are not available.

2. Conditions Of Non Payment

If in the case full payment is not received by specified time limit, firstly, you WILL NOT be refunded the 1st half of the payment price. If you make the 1st payment the full amount of the commission price, you are acknowledging that it is the 1st and only payment, and therefore you will not be refunded the price if you decide to negate the order; however in the case of a situation where I, ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato,  am not able to complete the project and have to abandon it, you will receive a full refund.
Secondly a report will be made to DeviantArt staff informing of a non payment after agreeing to terms and conditions agreed upon specifying selected date of full payment.

     If commissioned work in question for non payment is a character creation, adoptable creation, or a species creation, the creation will be placed on an auction at a price that ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato, deems fit. The commissioner whom failed to provide the payment will not be able to purchase the auctioned creation.

•     If the commissioned work in question for non payment is of a previously agreed concept, character, or design, the work will remain solely the property of ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato. The work will be blocked from the non paying commissioner's view permanently.
• If any attempt on behalf of a third party, to acquire the work occurs, it shall be deemed as a theft and legal ramifications will ensue on both the non paying commissioner and the third part.
• Sketches are provided after a base idea is done, and submitted to the commissioner for quality purposes to make sure it meets specifications. If the commissioner does not submit full payment and the after happenings occur, but the commissioner takes the design, idea or sketch for their own purposes, it will be deemed as theft and legal ramifications will ensue.
•      This includes but is not limited to, Lining of the sketch, coloring of the sketch, posting of the sketch, taking a character design depicted in the sketch, taking most of the design depicted in the sketch, linking the sketch to others for commissions and or requests, and/or claiming in any way shape or form that the sketch or what is depicted in the sketch is yours.

 

3. Special Conditions for Extended Payment Periods

~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato, understands that life happens and things can change in an instant to prevent payment on previously agreed upon VIA terms and conditions, full payment date. If an extension is needed, or multiple payments are required to finish full payment, please contact by noting ~Auffallend and explaining the situation that requires a time increase or payment method change. If an extension or payment method is to be put into place, it will be under the sole discretion of
~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato. If your reason is not deemed as something meriting an increase in time, payment will still be due on previously agreed upon VIA terms and conditions, full payment date.

4. Special conditions for Changing Payment Method

If the commissioner is in need of changing the payment method for a commissioned work, the commissioner would need to contact by sending a note to ~Auffallend. As list prices are given for both methods of payment, the one the commissioner would need to switch to would be of the opposing price.

    EXAMPLE:
     PRICES: :points: 100-400 OR $9-$20
    If wanting to change from 400 point payment to a cash payment, the buyer would need to pay the $20 cash   price

All previous method of payments received will be refunded after new method of payments are received.

5. Suspension and Termination of Services

Commissions will be done in the order they are payed for. Meaning a commissioner can order before one  person, but if they pay 1st they will be bumped ahead of the commissioner.

   

EXAMPLE:
    Bob orders a commission on Friday.
    Joe orders a commission Sunday.
    Joe pays 1st payment before Bob does.
    Joe's commission comes 1st

Bribing to bump a commissioner up on the list will get the briber and the commissioner knocked off the list for 1 month each time a bribe is attempted. Try to bribe 4 times and the briber and commissioner will not be able to commission for 1 year to the date.
Please also note that if there are people before you you WILL have to wait until they are finished before yours is started. Any Rush orders follow the same rule.

6. Special Product Purchases from ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato

From time to time, ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato may make certain products available for purchase such as pendants or charms.
All payments are to be made in US dollars VIA paypal, and prices are subject to change at any time. Postage is included in shipping cost Unless specified as otherwise. Prices do not include any import duties that may be added by the order destination country. Delivery dates are provided as an estimate only.

~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato does not accept returns for any defective or damaged products.
Throughout the process of custom pieces, photographs are taken and submitted to the buyer to provide quality assurance and a guarantee that the product is of the correct specifications and in working condition.

If a product is received as damaged or no longer working it is not the fault of ~Auffallend IE Kendra Houston IE Kendra Camarato, and she will not be held accountable.

The recommended procedure for ramifications on damaged or defective products is to keep the postage stamp and mail reciprocal in tact, and print a copy of the receipt of transaction from paypal, and if possible,the truck/van/car # of the mail delivery vehicle and the day it was delivered, then present the case to the local office of the mailing company used. (in general it will be the main post office but larger works will be through another company such as UPS or FEDEX)
